Goldstream Sports enjoys watching athletes of all ages and all levels grow and succeed. We have started curating our lectures and training data to create a series of videos and plans that will help others reach their goals for the coming year.


Goldstream Sports Owner Joel Buth shares his experience training and coaching others preparing for ultra and endurance races such as the White Mountains 100 or Ironman distance triathlons. White Mountains 100 Training Plan is now available from Goldstream Sports. It is a 15 week plan that gets you ready. It uses the Training Peaks to schedule and record your workouts.
