Here is a list of our weekly events:
Monday night run: Robbin’s Run (5:30)
Care to do some hill training? Join us at the shop at 5:30 each Monday for Robbin’s Run. A run up and back down Ester Dome. All paces welcome but this run is a bit more serious than the Thursday night beer run. A great training run if preparing for the Equinox Marathon this fall! Click for more info.
Monday night ride: Mellow Mondays (6:30 p.m.)
A more casual and social ride to let the legs recover from a hard weekend of training! We leave the shop at 6:30 and head out for a 13-16 mile loop. Riding experience is a plus but this is a ride that you will not get dropped! We prefer to converse and take things at a bit easier pace at Mellow Mondays.
Tuesday night ride: A Group (7:00 p.m.)
This ride meets at Goldstream sports every Tuesday night and departs at 7:00 p.m. Join Joel, Tyson, and other expert cyclists for an A level group ride!
Thursday night beer run: Hoo Doo Brewery (6:00 p.m.)
Join us every Thursday for a brief run/walk, and some beer! We don’t care what the weather is like, we’re running. You can do up to a 5k or turn back sooner. All paces welcome! Make friends and stay fit. More Details
Saturday morning ride: A & B Groups, all cyclists welcome! (8:00 a.m.)
Join us every Saturday morning at Goldstream sports for a group ride. All skill levels welcome. Their will be an A group going out pushing the pace. And starting in May we will introduce a B group riding at 16-18 mph… but no drops. If you get dropped we will wait on you at our next turn.
